Announcing our new cookbook: "Breakfast With Papa at the Eureka Street Inn"
The cookbook is a collection of favorite breakfast recipes, comments on food presentation, preparation tips, innkeeping and other anecdotes. The quotes throughout the book provide a window into the world of innkeeping.
The cookbook was penned by Chuck Anderson, edited by daughter, Christy Melton and features pen and ink drawings by grandson Matt Conrardy, age 13.
We lost our daughter, Anne, to cancer in 2009. She left behind five children and a husband. Our kitchen table became a gathering place for grieving family. Chuck's cooking became a source of comfort ... a reason for us to come together - sharing good food, stories of our day and the love that promised to heal our hearts.
